Please reach out with any questions you might have. I do my best to get back to emails right away, but sometimes it may be up to 24 hours. You can usually reach me pretty quickly by phone @ 302.381.3267. My evenings tend to be fairly busy with portrait sessions, but leave a message and I’ll call you back shortly after the sun sets.

My 2017 season is nearing the end. I’ve made a lot of changes this year, I’ve changed how I shoot, how I edit, what I look for in a scene, and most importantly what I look for in the people I am photographing. The first few would probably bore you to tears unless your a photographer, then we’d probably just end up arguing about which lens is best for shooting family formals. However, the last one is the interesting one and the one I kept thinking about all day. I’ve shot hundreds of weddings now, I’m getting ready to to enter my 10th year of doing this and after a decade of seeing nuptials almost every weekend, you certainly start to notice things about who your photographing. I start to observe their temperaments & their character when things don’t go according to plan, I’m curious about their sense of humor or lack thereof, but my curiosity is mainly occupied with their ability to be present. Maeghan and Ed are just about everything I could hope for, especially for meeting them the first time the morning of the wedding. They’re kind & thoughtful, they can stick to a schedule while simultaneously drinking whiskey from a flask and/or having a cham-bong (That’s a champaign beer bong for the uninitiated), they can laugh & be patient when the Uber is nowhere to be found & traffic is disgusting and maybe most importantly, they can dance when the music is cranked up. They’re essentially what I aspire to be like every single day and what you should aspire to be like too… Here’s Maeghan & Ed at Union Trust —
